For Decor
- Take photos of the area you envision the balloons to go, and don’t worry about if it’s messy right now. The goal is to see the height, the walkways, the ceiling texture, possible attachment points, lighting, etc.
- Please let us know if there are any potential issues when mapping out the address, parking or traffic concerns (we may have a trailer attached if we are setting up decor for your event or another event that same day.
For Twisting
- Please consider the area you would like your balloon twister to work in.
- We usually require a small table or corner of a counter to set our inflator and the balloon bag, but we can bring our own if there is space and you let us know in advance.
- If we are outside please let us know so we can prepare for weather. When possible we request a covered or at least partially covered area to help protect from the elements.
- If this is a public event, keep in mind a line may form, so we request a pre-planned area that won’t block another vendor or area and is also safe for kids.
